Talk to the guy in the servosuit that very small map, will give an option to grease him, unscrew the servosuit, or turn off his air, unscrewing just turns it into a decommissioned servosuit, unsure what turning off his air does (presumably kills him), but the grease will give you a MK3 servosuit.Go to the dune foothill with 3 grease (somewhat rare random component type loot).

Alternative permanent servosuit (starts off at MK3 MK1 (according to u/Zweasel66 a recent patch changed this to MK1), but requires you to be in act 2/completed the first part of the emulator project), thanks u/wounded_guardian and u/Revolutionary_Cry236:.

Go back to the military level of magellan and get your servo suit.

In the corner of the parking lot is a ladder you can use to get back down.

In the parking lot, add the anomalous activity detector to your toolbar, use it and place it.

In that small area is another tunnel you can use to get to the ladder to the parking lot.

In the tunnels in the back of the *server room is secret that you dig through to get to an small intermediate area.

In nashville (for the quest), go into the underground tunnels via the various maintenance hatches as the road to the upper parking lot is blocked.

Talk to him and do his quest (no combat required for this quest, though if you wander the wrong way or dont use stealth, it is quite easy to trigger).

*After a while (not sure how long) the one that wasnt injured will go to the military level west by the vendor's locked door.

(note, im not strictly sure this step is necessary) The guy that was in the suit is now in the lab/medical level and you should go talk to him too.

Once the cutscene is over, talk to the man standing next to the now empty servo suit.

Interact with the door and help them out.

One of the garage doors on the side of the bottom you will hear knocking from.

Go to Magellan parking lot, get into magellan, and head to the warehouse level.
